Two-year limited warranty

EcoSolLi products include a two-year limited warranty beginning on the date of the original Amazon purchase. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the published electrical, thermal and installation requirements.

If a covered defect is confirmed, the available remedy may include technical resolution, replacement parts, product replacement or another solution permitted by Amazon policy and applicable law.

Lifetime technical assistance

Technical assistance remains available for product sizing, installation, wiring, solar input planning, charging modes, monitoring and supported parallel configurations. Technical assistance does not extend the duration or scope of the warranty.

Starting a claim

1. Open the purchase in your Amazon order history.
2. Contact EcoSolLi through the Amazon messaging system.
3. Provide the order number, exact model, a description of the issue and any relevant voltage, BMS or charger information.
4. Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions provided by the support team.

Conditions and exclusions

Coverage does not include damage caused by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, unsuitable battery or solar array configuration, unsupported parallel operation, physical modification, impact, fire, water exposure beyond the stated rating, neglect or use outside published voltage, current and temperature limits.
