Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain in original packaging, include all supplied components and are in resalable condition.

How to request a return

1. Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
2. Open Your Orders and select the relevant EcoSolLi product.
3. Choose the available return or support option and follow Amazon’s instructions.
4. Repack the product and every included accessory using the original protective materials.
5. Use the approved carrier and label supplied with the return instructions.

Refund timing

Once a return is approved and received, the refund is generally processed within one to two business days. Bank or card processing may add time before the credit appears. Amazon will display the current refund status in the order record.

Return condition

The product must be in resalable condition with all components, documentation and packaging. Equipment with altered wiring, modified enclosures, damaged labels, missing parts or evidence of use outside published limits may not qualify as an unused return. Contact support before shipping installed or potentially defective equipment.
